All our products are made-to-order and fully customized based on customer inputs.
- Order processing begins only after:
- Full payment is received, and
- All required content (photos, text, details) is submitted
- Design and production typically take about 2–3 business days, depending on complexity and order volume.
- Delays may occur if:
- Required information is incomplete
- There are multiple revision requests
- High order volume periods
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once the product is finalized and approved:
- Orders are shipped within about 2–4 business days
- Estimated delivery time:
- Within India: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier services, location, or external factors.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order size
- Any applicable taxes or duties (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments using the provided details
5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
- Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipment

We are not liable for delays caused by:

- Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos of the package and product
- In case of lost shipments:
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate
- Resolution (replacement/store credit) will be provided based on the outcome
