Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and clear content, including images, text, names, and dates.

• Content must be appropriate and of sufficient quality
• Low-resolution or unclear submissions may affect output quality
• By submitting content, you confirm you have full legal rights and permissions to use it

We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from user-provided content.

• A preview will be shared before finalization
• Minor revisions may be accommodated
• Excessive or repetitive changes may be declined
• The Company reserves the right to limit revisions

Customers must carefully review the final preview before approval.

Once approved:

• No further changes will be accepted
• The Company is not responsible for errors (spelling, dates, layout, etc.)

All designs are subject to creative interpretation.

While we strive to meet expectations, exact replication of ideas or references is not guaranteed.

We accept payments via Razorpay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Prices are subject to change without notice

Once the design process has begun, no refunds will be provided unless determined otherwise at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

• Excessive or unreasonable revisions are requested
• Services are misused
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected

• Timelines may vary based on revisions and customer response
• Delayed responses may result in delayed delivery

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party delivery services after dispatch.

• Final output depends on customer-provided content quality
• We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution images
• Slight variations in color, layout, or design may occur

Digital previews may not exactly match printed products due to screen and printing differences.

Our Content

All content, designs, and materials on our Services are owned or licensed by us and protected under applicable laws.

Your Submissions

By submitting content, you:

• Confirm ownership or necessary rights
• Grant us permission to use it for order fulfillment

You remain responsible for all submitted content.

We are not liable for copyright violations or legal disputes arising from such content.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with system operations
• Copy, exploit, or misuse our content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

We do not guarantee:

• Exact design outcomes
• Perfect match between preview and final product
• Error-free or uninterrupted service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Emotional dissatisfaction due to subjective design preferences

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of Services
• Your submitted content
• Violation of these Terms

You are responsible for your data.

We are not liable for data loss or corruption.

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree they satisfy legal requirements.

By opting in, you agree to receive order-related SMS.

You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP.”

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us.

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
